A VIP programme rewards play with points, tiers or a personal manager. Five of the ten casinos here run one: 32Red, Genting Casino, Rialto Casino, Unibet and PlayOJO. Videoslots, Mr Vegas and 888casino run none. If you want a ladder with clear point bands, start with 32Red or Unibet. If you want a personal manager, PlayOJO and Rialto are the two that name one.

How a VIP programme works

Points are the engine, tiers are the ladder, and a manager sits at the top where one exists. Unibet is the easiest to price. Its Reward Zone gives 1 point for every £15 staked on slots, £30 on live casino and £20 on RNG table games. Bronze runs from 0 to 499 points, Silver from 500 to 999 and Gold starts at 1,000.

32Red's Ruby Lounge uses the same bands, with Gold running from 1,000 to 30,000 points. You spend points in its store on free spins, free bets, casino bonuses and cash. At both casinos each level opens a weekly game with extra prizes, and reward values rise as you climb. For the wider picture, see how VIP status is earned.

Rialto Coins credits points the next day, on real-money bets only. The rate is 1,000 points for £1 of bonus, which makes it a small rebate. Rialto also offers promotions, events, gifts and an account manager.

Genting Casino's My Levels turns points into cash only for accounts registered before 19 March 2017.

PlayOJO's Club OJO pays more points the more you play. A private invitation brings an A-list Manager, tailored offers and birthday gifts.

Only Unibet decides who gets in. At Unibet and 32Red, points start only after you opt in.

What a programme asks of you

Your stakes pay for the programme. Treat a scheme as a reason to look at your limits again, not to lift them. A tier is not worth a bigger deposit, and a Gold badge is not worth a chase. At Unibet and 32Red, moving up a tier means staking more. Decide your ceiling first, set it in your account, and let the points follow.

Safer gambling at high stakes

Set deposit, loss and time limits before you play, not after a tier moves. Every casino covered here offers deposit limits and self-exclusion, so use them. A VIP manager or a bonus is never a reason to raise a limit.

If you want out, Gamstop blocks every site licensed in Great Britain at once. Each casino also has its own self-exclusion. For support, the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 serves England and Scotland, and the NHS Wales Helpline on 0808 2819 265 serves Wales. GambleAware offers further help.

Questions

Are casino VIP programmes free?

Entry is an opt in at 32Red, an invitation followed by an opt in at Unibet, and a first deposit at PlayOJO. The real cost is the stake behind the points, because they come only from real-money play. A scheme is worth having only on money you would have spent anyway, and never a reason to stake more.

Can you lose VIP status?

Tiers at 32Red and Unibet sit on point bands, and Unibet builds points from eligible monthly casino activity. The scheme rules decide whether a tier lapses, so read them before you aim for a level, and ask the casino if a rule is unclear.

If you think we are wrong

Our team tests and checks every fact on this page. When a casino changes a term, or a figure here is wrong, the team reads the casino's own page again, corrects this page and updates the date at the top. How we check facts is explained on our How we rate page. Write to info@ukhighrollers.co.uk.
