Terms of use

Last updated 12 October 2026. These terms set out what UK High Rollers is, who it is for and the rules for using it.

1. Nature and purpose of the content

UK High Rollers is an information site about online casinos. It is not a casino, and it takes no bets.

There is no link or tie between this site and the online casino that trades as High Roller.

Nothing on the site is financial or legal advice.

2. Age limit and regional suitability

You must be 18 or over to use this site. In most cases, the minimum legal age for online gambling in Great Britain is also 18.

The Gambling Commission licenses gambling businesses in Great Britain, and this site is written for UK players. Gambling law differs from one country to another, so check the law where you live before you use any casino. Whether it is lawful for you to play is your responsibility, not ours.

3. Accuracy of information

The figures on this site are the casinos' own terms on the date we checked them. Casinos can change their terms at any time, so a figure may no longer be current when you read it. Read the casino's own terms before you deposit.

Our team tests the casinos and checks every fact on a page before it is published. We list only casinos on the Gambling Commission's public register and check each one there.

Limits, withdrawal caps and wagering are given as numbers with their source, never as adjectives. Our method page explains how we rate high roller casinos.

4. Intellectual property

We own the text we write for this site. You may quote a short extract if you link back to the page it came from. Do not copy whole pages or republish them elsewhere without our permission.

Casino names, logos and other marks belong to their owners. They appear here only to identify the casino they stand for, and their appearance does not mean the casino endorses this site.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the site to break the law, or to interfere with it, for example by trying to overload it or to reach parts you are not meant to reach. You may not copy it in bulk with automated tools, or pass off our content as your own. You may not use it to encourage anyone under 18 to gamble. We may block access for anyone who does.

A link on this site may earn us a commission. That does not change the facts we report. Our affiliate disclosure has the detail.

Links take you to sites we do not run. We do not control their content, terms or privacy practice, and any account or dispute you have with a casino is between you and that casino.

7. Limitation of liability

The site and everything on it is provided as it stands. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or from a decision made after reading it, including money lost at a casino.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Responsible gambling

Gambling can cause harm, and you should only gamble with money you can afford to lose. If it is affecting you or someone close to you, stop and ask for help. Our responsible gambling page lists the help services with their phone numbers and links. We never push a bigger stake.

9. Applicable law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may change these terms. The version on this page is the current one, and the date at the top shows when it was last updated. If you keep using the site after a change, the changed terms apply to you.

These terms sit alongside the privacy policy and the cookie policy, which say what the site collects and what its pages load.
