Privacy policy
Last updated 12 October 2026. This policy explains what the site records about visitors, how long it keeps it and what rights you have.
1. Data controller
This policy covers ukhighrollers.co.uk, the UK High Rollers site. We, the UK High Rollers research team, decide what data the site collects and why, which makes us the controller of that data. More about the site is on the about page.
We have not published the name of the legal entity behind the site. For any question about your data, email info@ukhighrollers.co.uk.
2. Our principles
We collect only what the site needs to work, and we delete it on a short, fixed schedule.
This site is for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
The server logs described below record each request without telling visitors apart by age, so we cannot rule out that a young visitor's IP address appears in them.
3. What data we collect and on what basis
Visitors give us no personal data directly through the site. What we hold is collected automatically, as described next.
Each time a page is requested, the server writes one access log line in nginx's default combined format. It holds your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the response status and size, the referring page and your browser's user agent string.
We use the logs to keep the site running and secure, for example to find errors and abuse. They are not used for analytics or advertising. The basis we rely on is our legitimate interests.
The site uses no analytics, sets no cookies of its own and keeps nothing in your browser's storage. The cookie policy gives the detail.
4. Third parties and external links
Our hosting provider is Hostinger. The access logs described above are written on its server.
Pages make no requests to outside servers. Fonts are served from our own server, not from Google Fonts, and casino logos, where shown, are copies on our own server rather than loaded from the casinos.
A short inline script on each page only operates the phone menu and the More menu. It makes no requests and stores nothing.
If a court or public authority lawfully requires us to disclose data, we will do so to the extent the law requires.
When you follow a link to a casino or another outside site, that site's own privacy policy applies, not this one. We do not control what it collects, so read its policy before you register or share any details.
5. Transfers outside the UK
The site is hosted on a server in Germany, so the access logs are held outside the UK.
6. Retention and data security
Access logs are rotated daily and kept for 14 rotations, then deleted. In practice that is about 14 days.
Our records show no other personal data held by the site, so no other retention period applies.
The logs stay on the server and are shared with no one. That is the only protection we state here, and we make no wider claim about security.
7. Your rights
Under data protection law you have the rights below. Each has conditions and exceptions.
Access. You can ask us whether we hold data about you and for a copy of it.
Correction. You can ask us to correct data about you that is wrong or incomplete.
Erasure. You can ask us to delete data about you where the law allows it.
Restriction. You can ask us to limit how we use data about you rather than delete it.
Objection. You can object to a use of data about you that rests on our legitimate interests.
Portability. Where it applies, you can ask for data you gave us in a form you can reuse.
Automated decisions. You can ask not to be subject to a decision made only by automated means that has a legal or similarly significant effect.
To use a right, email info@ukhighrollers.co.uk. You can also complain to the ICO, as set out below. Logs are deleted on a short schedule, so a request made late may find nothing.
8. Right to complain
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commission's Office (ICO), the UK's privacy regulator.
The ICO's own advice is: “In most cases, we recommend that you raise your concern with the organisation first and give them a chance to put things right.” It adds: “If you’re unhappy with the organisation’s response, you can then complain to the ICO.”
You can reach the ICO on 0303 123 1113, or use the data protection complaints page on its website.
9. Changes to this policy
We post any change to this policy on this page and update the date at the top. Check back from time to time; the date shows when it last changed.
The rules for using the site are in our terms of use.
