Guide
How VIP status is earned at UK casinos
VIP status is earned with points from your play or given by invitation. Unibet and 32Red give the clearest ladders: three levels, set by points. Unibet adds a gate: you need an invitation first. Rialto, Genting and PlayOJO run points or level schemes of their own. Videoslots, Mr Vegas and 888casino have no VIP scheme. Every casino named on this page holds a Gambling Commission licence.
Points and tiers
Unibet prices every point. Reward Zone has three levels: Bronze at 0-499 points, Silver at 500-999 and Gold from 1,000. A point costs £15 staked on slots, £30 on live casino or £20 on RNG table games.
32Red's Ruby Lounge uses the same three names and the same first two bands, with Gold running from 1,000 to 30,000 points. You earn points as you play, and you opt in to join.
Rialto pays you back in Coins on real-money play, credited next day. 1,000 points buy a £1 bonus.
PlayOJO's Club OJO runs on OJO Levels: you are in the Club from your first deposit, the more you play, the more points you earn, and PlayOJO shows how many points the next level needs.
Genting's scheme is My Levels, and you climb as you play.
Each level at Unibet and 32Red opens a weekly game with extra prizes, and reward values rise as you move up. For the wider picture, see our guide to casino VIP programmes.
Invitation-only schemes
Unibet chooses its Reward Zone members. The scheme is open only to customers who receive an invitation by email or an on-site notification. Once invited, you opt in before any points count. Unibet names no stake or deposit level that triggers an invitation.
Keeping or losing status
No casino here gives a rule for keeping or losing a level on its VIP pages. Unibet counts points from eligible monthly casino activity, so check what that means for a level you already hold. If you have an account manager at Rialto or PlayOJO, ask them what keeps your level.
Safer gambling at high stakes
Set deposit, loss and time limits before you play, and keep them. Points reward staking. They are never a reason to stake more. A VIP manager or a bonus is never a reason to raise a limit. Every casino named here states deposit limits and self-exclusion tools. Gamstop blocks every site licensed in Great Britain at once. If play stops feeling like a choice, call the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 (England and Scotland) or the NHS Wales Helpline on 0808 2819 265 (Wales). GambleAware also gives help. You must be 18 or over to play.
Questions
How long does it take to reach VIP status?
There is no fixed time. Your level moves with your points, so let your budget set the pace.
Do all UK casinos have VIP tiers?
No. Some casinos run no scheme at all, and the schemes that exist vary in shape. Check a casino's own VIP page before you count on one.
If you think we are wrong
If a casino changes a term, or a figure here is wrong, our team reads the casino's own page again, corrects this page and updates the date at the top. Our team tests and checks every fact on this page, and how we rate explains the method. Write to info@ukhighrollers.co.uk.
