Responsible gambling for UK players
If gambling is causing harm to you or someone you know, contact a help service before you place another bet. This page covers help lines, limits, self-exclusion and age rules for UK players.

You do not have to wait for a worse week or a bigger loss before you ask for help. Pick the line for where you live.
The National Gambling Helpline serves England and Scotland: call 0808 8020 133. The NHS Wales Helpline serves Wales: call 0808 2819 265. Both lines are listed on GambleAware's get help now page.
These support services are available only to Great Britain residents, GambleAware says.
We hold no phone number for Gamstop or GambleAware, so use their websites. Gamstop is the self-exclusion service explained further down this page.
Safer gambling at high stakes
Decide how much you can afford to lose and how long you will play before you open a casino account, and treat that money as spent. Never use money you need for rent or bills, and never play to win back a loss.
Where a casino states a deposit limit, a loss limit, a time-out or a break, set one before you play and keep it. If you want to raise a limit, wait a day first and ask yourself why.
We never push a bigger stake. A VIP manager's request, a loyalty reward or a higher table limit is never a reason to raise a limit; a table limit is a ceiling, not a target.
Stop and speak to a help service if you are playing to escape worry, borrowing to play or hiding how much you play. You can also read how we rate high roller casinos on our method page.
VIP status and self-exclusion
A VIP scheme, a VIP manager or another casino is never a way around a self-exclusion. If you have excluded yourself, a new account, a new brand or a personal invitation does not change that, and you should not look for one.
Gamstop blocks you from gambling websites and apps licensed in Great Britain with one registration. Every casino we list is licensed by the Gambling Commission, so a Gamstop registration applies to each of them.
A casino also runs its own self-exclusion. The Gambling Commission says gambling businesses are required to have their own self-exclusion arrangements in place, so an exclusion with one casino covers that business, not every site.
Where a casino's terms say an exclusion covers linked accounts, that exclusion applies to those accounts as well, so do not try to play on one of them. Read the terms of each casino you use to see what its exclusion covers.
Adults only
Gambling is for adults only. In most cases, the minimum legal age for gambling in Great Britain is 18, and that applies to online gambling.
Never let a child or young person use your account, your payment cards or your device to gamble. Keep passwords out of sight, log out when you finish and do not save card details on a shared device.
To block gambling sites on a shared device, set a separate user profile with a passcode for each child, switch on the content filter or parental controls built into the device and your home internet connection, add gambling to the categories they block, and check the settings again after each update.
Who runs this site, and what it lists, is on our about page.
